Milestone 0.3

• Refine XPath support:
  • Fix axis traversal: in some some cases descendants are returned where only child nodes should be returned
  • Support for position predicates (foo[position()=5] or foo[5])
  • Support namespace prefixes in name tests
• Add simple text-based template engine (see #47).
• Serialization to plain text
