Milestone 0.2

• Improve support for XPath:
  • Detect more syntax errors in XPath expressions, as well as unsupported constructs
  • Support for string functions and more boolean functions
  • Support for variables
• Improve error reporting:
  • Include filename and line number in XPath syntax error exceptions
  • Proper line numbers in exceptions from expression evaluation
• Improve XHTML/HTML serialization:
  • XHTML output should include elements in foreign namespaces
  • <script> and <style> elements in HTML should not be escaped
