Release 0.6.0

I think the current head trunk@1092​ is stable enough and can be used in production, at least in the context of Trac (it's been used for more than 2 months now on t.e.o without any problems).

It would be nice if this revision could be tagged as 0.6.0 and then provide a packaged version, in anticipation of future Trac 0.12beta releases which shouldn't be that far away.

The 0.6 tickets could be retargeted to 0.6.x or 0.7, but I think the current head should be kept "as is" for 0.6.0, with no further fixes.

In case there are other tickets that were deemed to be important to make it for 0.6 for other usages than Trac, then I'd suggest to simply advertise Genshi 0.6 as being Trac specific and not advised for anything else... but from a cursory look at the tickets, there doesn't seem to be any such blocker.

palgarvio also told me he'd like to update the docs for the i18n filter, that would be very useful for 0.6 as well.

Trac 0.12dev now requires Genshi 0.6 ​[T9523], and incidentally this Trac 0.11 instance also now uses Genshi 0.6.
